These are a few of my favorite things!

People often ask me where to find/buy the products I use in my projects.  My business' goal is really to make crafting as accessible to you as possible, so that you can do it yourself once you have the confidence to "Make Something".  My hope is that I become a resource for you to continually learn how to make new things, and that the crafting area of your home flourishes as you get the tools you need.

With that in mind, I decided to join affiliate programs so that I can post direct links for you to purchase the products I use in my events & classes.  That way everything can be found here after you learn a new skill.  As an added perk to me, as an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases!

Keep checking back.  I'll keep adding new items to this list, but remember that I can't always disclose all of my tips and tricks in a small blurb.  Of course, you can always troubleshoot to figure out a craft on your own, but you can also ALWAYS email me to book a lesson first!

Let's Make Something!

Envelope Making

I love how freeing it can be to make a card of any size and be able to custom make an envelope to go with it. The Aqua glue is helpful sealing envelopes and attaching delicate die cut shapes to cards and envelopes, too!

Beginner Die Cutting

Once you start cutting your own shapes and layering them to create something unique, you find surprising inspiration in every scrap of paper you come across.  Your approach to making and giving is forever changed.  I have a plethora of shapes and love to share.  Invite me over for a paper crafting party, and I'll bring them along. Let's make something!

Paper Polyhedrons

Polyhedrons are very easy to make.  Once you know how to fold the basic shape for each piece, the options are limitless.  Astrobrights is my favorite paper brand for this project and I love my Fiskars paper cutter for getting perfect squares.

Pom Pom Creatures

Here are a selection of favorite items you'll need to get started making basic pom-pom creatures at home.  I prefer the different colored skeins to one multi-colored skein like we used at the fair because it gives you more control of your colors in the pom pom for more sophisticated designs.

Fridge or Locker Bling!

Here are my favorite supplies for making custom magnets.  We used different tiles at Pleasantville Day - and you can contact me for details on that product, but I've also had great success wit this 4M kit.  It comes with paint, but I prefer Sharpie & Modge Podge for better control.  Take magnet making with me for more tips and tricks!

Fingerprint Art

I love using fingerprint art to teach the basics of drawing.  It simplifies figures and then uses lines and shapes to transform them into characters.  It's a great way to build confidence in the person who says they cannot draw anything!
